It’s not the prettiest of jobs ~ but it still needs to be done! All the food has been collected and unpacked. And then, it was time to sort. Like any of my home projects tend to start out, just doing a little something small – and then go all out. I initially was just going to tidy up a shelf or two to make room for the donations. That turned into categorizing by item, type and size. I am a visual person. It’s one thing to look at a stacked shelf and see it full of cans and boxes. It’s another to see what you have within those cans and boxes.
